Service management
The services management is responsible for organizing and managing all non-medical services and activities provided to patients and visitors, with the aim of improving the overall quality of the services provided. These services include: cleaning and maintenance, security, reception, orientation. The General Services department consists of a specialized team with experience and competence in the fields of management, organization, planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation, and they work in cooperation with the rest of the departments in the medical centers to achieve its goals. The General Services Administration seeks to continuously develop and update services to exceed the expectations of patients and visitors and improve their experience.
