On Sunday, 8/12/2024, the first meeting of the quality unit was held at the three medical centers after the approval of the hospitals ' Board of directors on the formation submitted by: Prof. Wael Zakaria-director of the three medical centers and the presence of Prof. Khaled Al-Tukhi-deputy director of medical centers in the presence of Prof. Amir Mounir - director of the central quality department and Mr. Ayman Zaki - financial and administrative director, the members of the quality unit have discussed the following:

1. Complete the organizational structure of the quality unit.
2. A presentation by the director of the central quality department addressed the proposed executive plan to qualify the centers to adopt the standards of the General Authority for accreditation and health supervision through the (Top management Orientation Session).
3. Agreement on the terms of reference (Terms of Reference) for the meetings of the quality unit of the three medical centers.
4. Set fixed agenda topics.
5. Propose an executive plan to start working on to qualify medical centers to obtain accreditation of the standards of the General Authority for accreditation and health supervision (GAHAR).
